what if the shootees had been black?
different verdict?
He shot three people. Two in fact did not think he was an active shooter. The skateboard antifa punk likely didn’t either. You are spreading mistruths and are the reason this joke of a case went to court. Two things are true:
1. He was not guilty under WI law.
2. He's no hero.
Riot suppression is for trained LEOs. Rittenhouse didn't impose order, he left a trail of carnage and blood. Two of the people he shot thought he was an active shooter.
When you turn a fool into a hero, others are going to follow his example. Making a hero out of this foolish young man will mean more blood in the streets.

He was not guilty under any states law, I believe.....Maybe, but doubtful. Two things are true:

2. He's no hero.

With regards to being a hero. I'm not too sure about that either. He took a life, so there is nothing too heroic about that, but he was there to protect property that NO ONE else wanted to, so in that respect, Maybe.

The guy who destroyed prosecutions case has a video asking Kyle if he is mass shooter, Kyle responds he is going to cops. Glock guy then attacks after the two lifetime criminals attack Kyle while he was down. I don’t know about hero, looking at his reactions in court I don’t think he believes he is. That is just a negative term for those opposed to jury’s decision.
The only thing that would make me change my mind would be if Kyle had chased those men and killed then. Instead, they all chased Kyle and were the aggressors. Kyle was retreating and going to the police to turn himself into the authorities after he was forced to shoot Rosenbaum.
The Case down in GA is different. Three white men chased a single black male down and murdered him in cold blood and now want to claim self-defense.

The Case down in GA is totally different. Three white men chased a single black male down and murdered him in cold blood and now want to claim self-defense.
But he did what he had to do when Rosenbaum chased him at full speed. Kyle was not an amazingly fast runner as you can see in the videos shown during the trial and on TV. He was slow. And Those that attacked him in the street with a rock to the back of the head and then a skateboard wielded like a baseball bat to Kyles's head as he sat on his butt in the street were wrong. They thought he was a shooter, and they were right. But he shot Rosenbaum in self-defense. Remember that Rosenbaum said that he would kill Kyle earlier in the evening. So, Kyle had every right to be afraid of a 36-year-old crazy man who was charging full speed at Kyle. And Kyle stopped with Ziminski fired a gun near him and behind Kyle who was running away. Kyle stopped to see where the shot came from, and Rosenbaum jumped at him and Klye took Rosenbaum out. I watched the trial from the point where Grosskreutz was testifying and then went to court TV to see the other testimony before that point. I watched the trial since that time on several different channels. I watched it on HLN too.Two things are true:
1. He was not guilty under WI law.
2. He's no hero.

So, the men that got shot had not business attacking Kyle and had to be nuts to attack a man with a loaded AR15. They tried to sneak hits to Kyles's head and take away Kyles AR15 in the street and played Vigilantes and it cost one his life and another the use of his right arm for the rest of his life.
Watching CNN right now and the talking head thinks that everyone is taking this as an OK to take an AR15 to gun protest in the street. Van Jones said that. But he is dead wrong. Already people are taking AR15 to the streets. Some even take their guns to the State capitols as well. If the authorities want to stop this from happening, they are going to need a lot more voters to get that done because they will need to get three-fourths of the state legislatures to vote to change the second amendment to the US Constitution and then get the Congress to vote to change the 2nd Amendment. And when the SCOTUS hears the New York City vs gun club case in a few weeks or months the entire country will need to rethink all these unconstitutional gun laws.
Look at the history of Rosenbaum and Huber the two who were shot. Both had police records and spent time in either jail or prison. Rosenbaum had just been released from the local hospital as he tried to commit suicide a day before this all happened. Rosenbaum was a convicted child molester in AZ or TX. I can't remember which state. But he did time in prison and was a hardened criminal. He was nuts. Anyone that chases a kid carrying an AR15 and says that he wants to kill the kid is nuts to charge at the kid. The kid had to shoot Rosenbaum. And Ziminski and his wife told the crowd to get Kyle after he Shot Rosenbaum. Zimenski was the one that fired the shot from a hand gun he was carrying that night right before Kyle Shot Rosenbaum. And Zimenski and Rosebaum were together that night setting cars and dumpsters on fire. So they were arsonist too. Rosembaum would be in jail now for arson if he were not dead.
I simply stated where we as a country have gone in 20-30-40 years. And if you think Rittenhouse wouldn't have been treated and viewed in a positive light in 1975 please convince me otherwise.
I keep hearing that he should've known better than to be there in the first place. I say you should never take a skateboard to a gun fight. I dont care what "side" you're on if you see that kind of trouble escalating you should evade and leave or is it a case of whoever gets there first is in the "right" ???
and how in the hell do you shoot 3 WHITE convicts that are threatening your safety and transform this into yet another race issue??

Exactly. Haven’t watched Ga case because that is 180 degrees different from Kyle’s. Maybe not, I don’t know. You said the magic words though, retreating. You simply can’t chase someone down to deliver justice. Whether it is a jump kick to a downed man, a lethal weapon (skateboard) to base of skull, a glock in hand of convicted felon, or a mentally ill person that previously threatened to kill if they catch you later. Open and shut and should have never went to trial. The only thing that would make me change my mind would be if Kyle had chased those men and killed then. The Ga case appears to be different. I haven’t watched any of it and being unaware I will refrain from commenting.
I hope Kyle sues the **** out of those that defamed/smeared him and the news media that tried to intimidate jury.
Where the hell you been? Agree with you. He had every right to be there more than any of the burn **** down crowd. He threatened no one even after being threatened. Every shot he took was reasonable and only after he retreated to last possible situation, the jury agreed.I simply stated where we as a country have gone in 20-30-40 years. Skateboard use as a lethal weapon is taught to antifa thugs. Use the edge at base of skull, you can figure out the rest.
Ha! I finally have a minute to relax. Been working, working on the new property . All the deer is cut up and in the freezer and for now I only have one more young lady to get her first deer and all is well and ready to rest a little between fishing and duck hunting lol.
Happy Thanksgiving to all

Amen to that. Been busy as cat burying **** myself. Slowdown with the holidays and just happens that the Constitution is verified by jury. We have to stop this race baiting media. They could have sent a teenager to life in prison for what we know is 100% self defense. All by race baiting.Ha! I finally have a minute to relax.
