Out of context AND before a vax even came out. The thrust of his remarks were an attempt to get the country back to some semblance of normalcy. Trump had enough sense to realize we couldn't just stop and bar our doors, the economy would collapse. If it were completely up to your average Democrat politician...Andy Beshear for example, you'd still be locked in your house waiting on the government to print some money so they could send you another check. I heard he didn't even want people going to the parks, and even some boat ramps closed.
