People refuse to get fully vaccinated. Those that are UN Vaccinated will continue to get sick with this SARS CoV-2 virus and it will continue to mutate inside these hosts. So I blame the unvaccinated people for Omicron. Remember this all happened first in South Africa where they have a robust surveillance system for Covid-19 viruses. This means that South Africa found it first not that it developed there. With airline travel so easy to obtain these days the virus can spread around the world in a few days time.
