Well, they didn't find any WMD's in Iraq, but Saddam was found in a hole in the ground.
Hard to believe a guy who gassed entire villages didn't have some type of WMD's on hand. Powell's not my favorite guy, but I do doubt he'd just make up lies with no basis.

I think that he was given some bad intel about Sadam's WMD. I think that they used his good name and made Powel out to be the Patsey. Powel was just following orders like a good soldier.
