It is not quite the same, but when the WORLD pushes him back, and they will, putin will have this very threatening bargaining chip. If he detonated that plant, it would spread nuclear waste across the region for 100 years.

Biden sent an interesting message to PUTIN yesterday in his press conference when Doocey asked him if sanctions were better than bombs and bullets. Biden said bombs and bullets in Ukraine.

I think that message was, as long as it stays in Ukraine, the world is "ok" with it.

Keep that **** over there..........

Look, this AIN'T the first time Russia has taken Ukraine for themselves. It is an interesting region of the world, much like the Middle East.

Finally, this is an EUROPEAN issue. Europe needs to take care of this.

If he blows up the old nuclear power plant it will harm Russia more than anyone. But I think you are right about Why he took that area of Ukraine. It's not good for anything else.

The world is interconnected even more today than during WWII. It's easier to stop a bully before they figure out that they can bully people. You must stop them in their tracks.

I doubt that Biden will do much even if this extends into Poland or other NATO countries along the boarder.

We should send more weapons to Ukraine. I' hearing that the Ukraine is using the javalins to good effect and taking out Russian tanks. They need more of these systems to take our more Russia tanks. We should make it very dangerous for Russia. I wish that we had sent Patriot Missile systems to Ukraine to take out the Russian Ballistic Missiles that they used in the beginning of this WAR.

What happens in Europe has a huge impact on the USA as well. That is why it matters what happens there. That is why we have NATO and it's why we have had US troops in Europe since the end of WWII.
