    Food Inspectors are a JOKE.

And since local hospitals have mobile blood collection units, I might just start my own business.

As a free service, I'd drive to donator's homes, and volunteer my time and effort to collect donations and then deliver them to the appropriate agencies for processing, bottling, packaging and retail distribution. And I may expand the business to offer additional on site services.

IT's a dangerous job by somebody has to do it!

With the high cost of gas, the business model may not be viable. :-)

I started my business and offered free in home inspections. Not going well. Appears the market is sagging, several clients expected additional services, and total contributions are of less value than the cost of gas to arrive at the clients location. May try curbside service at selected traffic intersections where I can reduce advertising costs to a handwritten hand held card board sign. I think I’ll first try the traffic intersection between the local Dairy Queen and Kroger stores.
