    6 Jan Panel

Watched the coverage. Going to watch more. Given the stated mission of those that form the panel, I think what is reported will tell us all a lot about how professionally and competently the group performed their impartial investigation. So far, I’ve seen evidence presented, and then conclusions drawn that don’t relate to the evidence presented, and assumptions or opinions stated as factual findings.

So will continue to watch and let what is stated as findings be laid out then draw my conclusions not based on what the panel says but what the evidence shows.

The fact will come out in a series of more hearings. Can't wait until Monday. I'm sure that Geo and other GOP Trump supporters were watching Fox and are clueless to what Trump did. There is a reason Fox didn't cover this when all the other networks covered it gavel to gavel. Fox can't handle the truth.

You mean facts like L Cheney said when 2-3 weeks before 6 Jan the feds knew the plans were in place for an attack and Dems refused NG?

Why wasn’t Pelosi called as a witness on why the NG was not activated to secure the capital?

Chair person of the committee makes a foregone conclusion statement that Proud Boy membership increased after a Trump said “ Stand back, Stand By”. Did the Chairman have a list by name of all members that joined after the Trump statement and was everyone of the new members required to submit a swore statement as to why they joined?

Yes sir I look forward to seeing how many more accusation with out factual foundations get posted

    So....
You're saying the REAL problem here is folks that knew other folks were going to commit an attack against the United States of America, not the actual act of attacking the United States of America.
That's akin to a drunk telling his wife "you knew I was gonna beat the hell out of you the next time I got drunk, but you stayed anyway so this **** is on you darlin".
Would you go so far as to say it makes the attack forgivable?
Would you also say there is a slight chance that just maybe you've fallen for another one of the cunning distractions Fox and the majority of the GOP have been known to slip in while you were watching . And you know how much they abhor distractions.
Why, they even make a downright public spectacle of every distraction the "haters of this country " make.
C'mon man, I expected more from you. You've shown enough moments of clarity in the past to see beyond this BS....neither "side" cares about you , they only want your blessing in the form of a vote, to continue their self enrichment and eternal power quest. And now the only choice for "news" , ummm puke, you have is Left State Media and Right State Media.
I would love to stay and talk but it's going to be a long paddle to my fishing spot this morning, high gas prices ain't gonna keep me off the water!

No sir, I hold the people that physically conducted unlawful acts accountable including trespassing, destruction of property, assault on law enforcement officers.

We cant start with the foregone conclusion that Trump organized it when this kangaroo court has provided no evidence of that. This group has shown evidence a radical group did plan violence and execute it.

Ask yourself: if a politician says “ fight for your rights”, does that justify you taking the comment out of context and using a gun to shoot a political opponent? Of course not. If so Shummer ought right now be in jail for his comments before the criminal attempted his attack on a Supreme Court member.

When someone says if you get a bite, you must fight a fish, does that mean the fisherman should be carrying a gun and brass knuckles? Of course not.

There is only one person at the source of a crime, he who makes the personal decision to commit it.

Last point, when a person in Congress is assigned and accepts the position with duties that include the defense of the capital are made aware of an impending attack and take no responsible action to prevent it, YES SIR, that person with that duty to perform is derelict in their duties and therefore negligent, and culpable. Same as a boat skipper who fails to insure his boat is safe before inviting passengers aboard.

Last point, in recognition of your paddle boat use because of high fuel costs, I nominate your for an E P A outstanding environmental protection award because of your efforts to reduce the damage wakes cause to shore lines and the wide variety of species that reside there🤗🤗🤗

What was that rock group that sang “ You got to fight, for the right, to party” ?

Should that group be charged each time a nut carries a gun into a bar?

FOLLOWUP TO CLARIFY FOR THOSE THAT NORMALLY READ IN BRAILLE:
    1. Trump = President, for this example we'll say he's the boat manufacturer.
    2. Pelosi = Dems Speaker, for this example we'll say she's the boat owner and skipper
    3. Proud Boys = Radical Group, for this example we'll say they are the passengers on the boat.

Boat maker rates boat for 8 people (Trump), then invites people to buy and use it
Pelosi buys boat as the 4th owner of it 20 years later, fails to check the hull for leaks, fails to put life jackets on board, and fails to make sure the bilge pump works.
Proud Boys show up to ride on the boat and there is 50 of them. Pelosi knows there are too many, does nothing to limit the folks coming (NO NG) allows the people to enter the boat, and still puts the boat off the dock and out to sea.

The boat at sea now starts to sink, and 1/2 the passengers start tearing things up trying to find life jackets to save them. The boat sinks and 1/2 the people on board are drowned. The other half on the boat passengers act responsibly, do yell and scream for help, don't damage anything, don't cause the boat to sink, don't attack the captain of the boat, and just paddle away from the bad situation.

So, are you going to blame the boat sinking on the Boat Maker, the idiot owner, or the 50 folks that showed up for a boat ride? The boat owner controls safety, maintenance, and boat security which includes who boards or not.

Those 50 passengers didn't come to ride the boat, they came to take it by violent force and wrongfully give it back to the manufacturer, and if that wasn't possible, sink it.The captain being the useless navigator that she is truly hoped the manufacturer would do the honorable thing and drop the whole farce.
Great analogy, you dumbed it down so even someone like myself can understand it.

********! the passengers we are referring to were all bad actors.
We aren't talking about the couple that went to Starbucks for a big cup of kumbaya and we never were.

The analogy falls apart in the end because it's predicated on the belief that it's normal (in this scenario) to make a boat.

Had Trump a shred of honor or decency, he would have done what every single president in the history of the U.S. had done previously, even after hotly contested elections: willingly concede, and begin the peaceful transfer of power to the next administration.

That's the real thing that separates the US from most other nations; that we have a Constitution that is bigger than any one man's ambition or pride. That doesn't exist in DJT's world.

Had he not knowingly sown the "stop the steal" seed, Jan. 6 would've come and gone like any other day on Capitol Hill.

I do not disagree DJT did fail to set a clear professional example, in the best interests of the country, when he having questioned the election didn't clearly state "I'll follow the constitution, welcome the new guy, and continue my investigation later". No argument there.

What I have a real problem with is unless there is clear evidence linking the president to the riot at the capital, i.e. he knew the plan, he endorsed it, or he openly or privately directed it (and I mean like in NIXON's case, members of his staff that clearly prove, that he was briefed on the plan and ordered it executed), then the best you can accuse Trump of is being a bad loser and failing to set a clear example.

And, if we go that route with Trump we need go after Shummer next for the threats inciting a planned attack on a Supreme Court Justice, and we need to rip BLM to shreds as well as many liberal demo idiots that condone, or called peaceful the over 400 riots that damaged property, hurt police officers, hurt private citizens]

Gosh diggidy dog folks, if its good for the goose its good for the gander and as long as we let some off that do this crap and then try to attack others we will never get back a country of equal rights, justice for all.

Don't tell me how messed up Trump is when he did more for this country in 4 years then Biden has so far. So if in fact you want to go after Trump, fine, if he's wrong he's wrong, but stop the childish "mommmie he hit me bull crap, when you hit the other guy first".

If inciting people to action is a crime, then lets have enough personal integrity and stop the childish BS and go after all the thugs that do this crap without regard to political party.

Bottomline, if your view of what is right and wrong is decided by how you vote, then get he F out of my life!
