When will Merick Garland indict Trump for espionage?

I know that Merick Garland moves cautiously and methodically but he will eventually have to turn the dogs loose on Trump for taking highly classified US Government documents out of the White House and to Mar-a-largo. Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information That is so top secret that it can't be removed from a secure room.

18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information: (a)Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information—

So if he had it, they need prove it was shared with someone, if not shared seems like no violation of this act occurred.

    What do you mean IF

They found the documents in his house! They took out 15 boxes last year or early this year and then were told by one of Trump's lawyers that there were no more classified documents at Mar-A-largo. They lied. Then the FBI searched Trumps house and found 35 more boxes of documents that were illegally taken out of the White House by trump. Just being in possession of these documents is against the law. Take the documents out of the White house after you are no longer the POTUS is a crime.

There are other sections of title 18. And I'm sure that Merick Garland AG is smarter than you. If he says that Trump is being investigate for violations of the Espionage act, I will take his word over yours any day. Give it time for indictments to be given and the parts of Article 18 will be explained to even a guy like you.

Just in case you don't want to click on the link above here is a summary of the Title 18 charges. SMH.

The warrant, which became public on Friday afternoon, cited potential violations of federal laws 18 USC 2071—Concealment, removal, or mutilation, 18 USC 793—Gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information, and 18 USC 1519—Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations. Notably, 18 USC 793 is part of the Espionage Act, which legal experts had suggested over the past couple of days Trump could allegedly have violated.

Federal law 18 USC 2071 carries a penalty of a fine or imprisonment for up to three years, or both. Meanwhile, 18 USC 1519 can result in a fine or imprisonment for up to 20 years, or both, and 18 USC 793 can lead to imprisonment for up to 10 years and/or a fine. Combined, the three alleged violations could result in 33 years in prison.

I too am watching the proceedings and developments and prefer to comment on what actually occurs instead of projecting. But thanks for the input.

Trump is guilty as hell and every day he looks even more guilty by his own statements. He thinks that he can take US Government papers and that they belong to him. But he is dead wrong and will pay soon.
