    Trump's legal problems continue

    Trump's lawyers failed when their chosen Special Magistrate rules against Trump and for the DOJ. And then the Appeals court rules against Trump and allows the DOJ to continue their investigation of trump.

    The real question is where will trump spend his prison time? Rikers or a US Federal Prison.
