Oh wait, that's in a responsible society where we up hold people's rights and require allegations be supported. This is politics where people running for office where they are to support and defend our laws, have the right to disregard them to gain office.
And in either case, if the male and female both agreed at that time that that was the best approach to take, as neither was interested in a relationship and therefore would not be able or willing to provide proper child care, then the responsible mutual decision arrived at then seems like a very weak basis of concern many years later. Sounds like the young lady has a bit of buyers remorse.
