You know, you might just be right, Guiliani might end up in a cage.......me might deserve to be there.
BUT if they throw him in a cage, just remember, they are changing first amendment free speech precedent to THROW him in a cage.
Sullivan v NY Times was pretty clear about this, IMHO......btw, I think Sullivan v NY Times is ******** and SHOULD go away.
And......just AND. IF the court hears the Guiliani case and rules for the plaintiffs in the case, then the Sullivan ruling is in jeopardy, and that then brings all kinds of slander/ defamation cases to the forefront.
AND it also brings lots of aspects of Social Media and slander/defamation/libel. Section 230 will definitely be re evaluated if Guliani goes to a cage.....
That is going to be interesting.
I doubt anything happens to Guiliani.....
