Hmmmm. Duck Hunters Institute of Environmental and Climate Research ?
Is that a government office established by Biden? Logical. Birds of a feather…..
“ No Mr Biden. The one on the left is a duck, that one on the right is an Eagle”
you guys don't duck hunt, so you don't even realize how uninformed you are.
if it's not in your world it doesn't exist I'm guessing.
migratory waterfowl are one of the most accurate litmus test there is. migration patterns have existed for eons and now they are changing due to climate.
nesting grounds in the prairie pot hole region are drying up. without artificially supplementing those nesting grounds they wouldn't have survived to this point.
so while you are hardee-har-harring about "duck studies" and being a sarcastic fool you are actually proving how fucking stupid you are. waterfowl populations and migratory change is one of if not THE most studied wildlife programs in Canada, The United States, Argentina and Mexico.
So joke's on you dumbass

oh and Merry Christmas!
So if you told me these studies covered millions of years based on actual documented patterns from then till now I’d be listening. Reference? https://www.audubon.org/magazine/spr...-learned-about
Note one fine gent that thought they migrated to the moon circa 1680, and that actual US studies started 1970. Earth is 4.5 billion years old.
And so 50 years learning to study is a darn small sample compared to something that has evolved for that long.
So you too have a real Ducky Christmas. And oh by way the being rude really falls short of showing intelligence. You might want to try some anger management or just consult a doctor and rebalance your meds.
Hey…… sing Kumbaya, My Lord

you can't so sit back down.
and while we are calling the pot black...
your sarcastic little play that you put on was to do two things, the first was "hey look at me boys,im piling on after geo made the tackle, im cool like geo" ( you're not, geo actually does know everything) and the second was to belittle and mock another poster (that blew up in your face).
Two fine traits if you ask me, you keep doing you and I will check on those "******* classes, who do you use, please send the number I got kicked out of 1-800 -ASS-HOLE.
and you have a merrier Christmas than anyone!
p.s. I will NOT be providing links as that would require some effort. I am on day 13 of my "no interstate America " tour and I can't even imagine giving a serious **** about this tit for tat.
merry **** Christmas
The 2 dumbest Zaraspook and Geo rolling their eyes because of the cognitive dissonance is one of my favorite things to see. They only believe certain sources because of confirmation bias.
All we can do is tell them, show them and hope they help rather than willingly making the problem worse like they continue to do.

Guilty of injecting humor. If belittling posters is something you oppose you do a great job demonstrating how to do that. So thanks for a great example of a bad habit. And I’m sorry your attempts fall so comically short of your intended result.
The whole simple point is earth evolves as it has and will continue. The fact that birds change migration areas or paths does not constitute Armageddon. Since earth has historically gone thru heating and cooling periods I’m still looking for rock hard evidence that what human kind does is anything more than a ripple on an ocean compared to the magnificent forces of nature and evolution. I have also watched as several environmental protection efforts have simply caused the next environmental insult. Like wind generators that kill birds and distract them from nesting areas. Like solar panels with inadequate recycling processes that threaten contamination of soil in land fills with toxic materials. Or electric cars that burn up in garages. All things we can solve, all things that should have been considered and fixed before wacko radical money sucking environmental quacks raced off to chase votes, revenue, or social media popularity.
Yes I care about my earth and wildlife.
Enough so to be willing to accept changes that are indicated based on complete solutions. Enough so to be patient enough to accept the wait for complete solutions.
I’m not selling my gas burning car because 10 ducks decided they like wintering over in Miami instead of South Carolina. Nor shall I if the ducks decide to leave KY on the 13th of November instead of 1 December like in prior years. Nor will I stop flying commercial airlines that fly thru and collide with ducks all the time. Nor will I stand on a protest line that screams for USPS, UPS, or FEDEX cargo planes to be ground because they might bump into a rare pigeon.
And thank you for the opportunity to comment. Your open mindedness and mental agility gives me faith that we as mankind may not survive, but will darn sure will have a lot of fun and excitement up to our last breathe.

Sir I have never done anything that offends a duck. But, I’ve been told by my local group of feeder pigeons that you really offend them. So if I were you I’d set up a bird feeder and start doing your part cause these pigeons are perturbed. The 2 dumbest Zaraspook and Geo rolling their eyes because of the cognitive dissonance is one of my favorite things to see. The most accurate method to measure a process is to start those observations from the inception of that process. In so doing you have a baseline to measure deviation from. Migratory bird studies that started in 1970 were not at the inception point of the bird migratory process. So meausrements taken today can not conclude that what is observed now is the processes norm, or a deviation from normality. For all we know what we are seeing today maybe be the norm, and the migratory processes we have been familiar with (duck hunters) may have been an abnormal phases the process is now self correcting. Is this the part where I’m supposed to be intimidated?
