I'm not sure why they would have to explain anything?
To me at least, it goes back to the cake shop owner that refused to bake a cake for a gay couple. If you own the business do what you want if it turns out to have consequences well then mark it down as a bad business decision.

Seems the manner the funds were collect from individuals is the primary concern. Second would be to see if those who benefited were actually accomplices in collecting funds or unaware of how they were compiled.

So, maybe those that were most diligent reviewing the source of funding benefitted the least.

Trump gives money to whoever will help him, as a GOOD business man or any businessman should do.

He gave and donated significantly to democratic causes. Hell he was a democrat for a log ass time.

Better than that, he was the least racist man in new york while he was helping, and then all of a sudden, he's the biggest racist in the history of the universe.

You should really look at the world through a different prism. Dems and Pubs are all cut from the same cloth, it's just which one is more evil..........

FTX is unbelievably crooked. It is amazing that people are even talking about it, as Bitcoin and all crypto is based on nothing......

All the players in FTX, except for the girlfriend who is squealing like a stuck pig, will go down. They shuffled money from FTX to the hedge fund illegally, and that is what will send them to prison, not the idea of FTX or crypto markets.....

No, I 100% agree. What I'm asking is in response to drag suggesting ftx should be required to explain their activities.
I'm simply asking is there some obscure publicly traded companies being obligated to explain this stuff. if there is well they should explain, if thus doesn't apply to them then I say it's not anybody s business.
dems, pubs, big business etc etc have one goal, wealth amd power, and you and I are but path they drive over to get there.
and of all people I would've thought you would know by now I am the one guy that doesn't have any prisms I'm looking through....they are ALL CORRUPT
