i used to recommend Nasacort to dry up your nose but it causes depression.
there's supposed to be a replacement for it that is non steroidal.
if you're not coughing by now, you're lucky...mine lasted a month both times i had it.
Had some coughing, but it's gone. Day 5, and I feel 100% normal except for out of whack taste buds. Definitely lucked out compared to you. A month feeling like I did for a couple of days would be rough.
