OH River, Markland Pool, Craigs Creek No Wake Buoys

Any idea who authorized the placement of No Wake Buoys in Craig’s Creek? There’s always been buoys at the marinas but not out in the middle of the open area.

Not sure about Craigs creek but good to see an old timer back. Chuck
