I don't know a lot about FLW, but is it legit to use a title off a junked boat? That can't be what Ranger or the tourney directors had in mind.

And if FLW regards it as fraud, doesn't the person who sells the title run a risk of getting in trouble too if they know what the title is going to be used for?
