Can ayone tell me what they are biting and how deep. I might go this weekend and have'nt been in about a month. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your help last time... Just got back....
Fished a few nights over the weekend and beginning of the week. Caught one nice smallmouth, 4+ lbs..Caught some nice largemouths and some nice spots.. Fished DEEP though.. 15-30 ft. Used mainly soft plastics..didn't really try anything else..all night fishing

Don't be afraid to throw that single colorado blade at nite.Also try deep points and bluffs with jig and baby b hog...

Fishing has slowed down on Cherokee. Try fishing buzzbaits on banks in late afternoon after sundown; spinnerbaits right after dark. A few bass are being caught mainly at night with soft plastic worms; pig and jigs and tube jigs fished 15-25 ft. deep on rocky points and banks.

The water level is dropping so watch out for underwater hazards.
