Fishin.com Float and Fly Weekend

Fishin.com is sponsoring a Float and Fly Weekend for the Float and Fly Fans of Dale Hollow. There will be Free Instruction on how to rig the Float and Fly, How to cast, and other pertinent information on the Float and fly from Bob Coan, Jim Dicken, Stephen Headrick and from anyone else we can find. We may even have a tie your own class after dark in the Motel Kitchen.
Thomas the manager will charge $20.00 per person per nite in the motels and cabins. We fill the motel first then start filling the cabins nearest the Motel. (OR if you have a group of 4 or more tell Thomas and he will put you in a Cabin.)
I will get up in the AM to cook breakfast in the community kitchen at the Motel for $3.00 per person. Eggs Bacon and Toast. Coffee Too.

Jim: I checked the ky. board and you said you were looking at the second week in Dec. {8-10} if I read that correctly on when you were going to have this. Just wondering if a person might get in on this without having to stay at the motel or cabins at horse creek since I only live about 30 minutes from the dock, even though the breakfast deal does sounds good. If I could make it, don't know if I could make the friday trip on the 8th or not due to work. Thanks...283

I apologize, Deer Season came in and I was not watching the boards.. guess I need a laptop in the woods to keep up.
You can participate without staying at Horse Creek. No problem. This is a get together to promote this type of Fishing.
I am hoping to make it a yearly event at Horse Creek... OR maybe on other lakes as well, during the winter.
Will have to see how the first one goes.

I tend to stay off the Tennessee Board since I live in Kentucky, and it is busier. There is more info on the Kentucky Board than here and I apologize to my Brother Fishermen and Sister Fisherwomen for not being more attentive to the Tennessee Board.
