Where to buy shiner on Norris near 33 Bridge

Is this a good time to drift shiners or would I be better of to fish the float and fly?

doesn't seem to be cold enough yet for float and fly. i bass fish out of 33 marina and we are doing good on jigs, traps, etc. my buddy fishes striper a lot and he's said he's been doing good early morning and late evening throwing traps. fish are breaking the first hour of daylight and last hour of daylight. hope this helps.
