Direction to lake Manitou

Can somebody help me out with getting to the DNR ramp on lake Manitou? I know it's in Rochester and am planning on going up U.S 31 or is there a better way such as IN 114?

When you get to Rochesther go to the middle of town. This will be intersection of 24 and 114 turn right. Go down until you see Dairy Queen the ramp is across the street from it.

The ramp across from dairy queen is the city ramp. The dnr ramp is on the east side of lake. If you tell me where your coming from I'll give directions. Most tournaments are ran out of dnr ramp you'll head south off of 114 on east side of lake.

Not sure if it would be best to bring you up from the south or east, I'll let you make that call. If you come up 31 get off on 25 head north it will take you right through rochester then hang a right (east) on IN 14-114. 14-114 split just past the city ramp which is across from dairy queen stay on 114 this will take you across north end of lake. When you get to east side of lake there will be a sign that says Elks head south you will cross a little creek, ramp is right there on your right. If you come from the east you will already be on 114 just hang a left (south)at the elks sign. Are you fishing the hoosier pro this sun. or just fun fishing?

word of advice if launching out of the city ramp,,,,don't back to far down the ramp. it drops off.
