Killing of carp unless you are taking them home is illegal in Indiana as described by the Wanton Waste of Fish section in the DNR guide.
LOL.
Will the DNR send a SWAT team out to bring you in for that?
If I can get a plea bargain from the DNR, I will turn myself in.
Raccoons and Turkey Vultures are people too you know. They need to eat, and can't go to McDonald's like you can.
No. But they will fine you and I have the TIP number on speed dial and a camera to get license plate numbers.
Kingofcrap,
Watch it dude, I watch CSI and know how dispose of things. I will wear gloves so my prints don't get on the carp. I will set fake license plates when fishing and wear a Rod Stewart wig I bought at party mania.
I will be waiting to see it on the news that they are looking for Rod Stewart for banking carp.
Hey I am doing it for the turkey vultures, they like sushi. Might bank a few long nose gar too.

Mike, I know it's a long haul from where you live but take a drive up to Prairie Creek Reservoir in Muncie. This used to be a great fishery but now completely ruined. There are carp of every types in there, one trip to this God forsaken place will make you wanting to go home put on some scuba gear and hunt down everyone of them crap, I meant carp! TAKE CARE OF IT NOW BEFORE IT GETS OUT OF HAND.
I recently read that if you cut open the stomach of a mature carp that lives in a lake like Brookville, you will find up to 150 zebra muscle inside, shells and all. That would make them a pretty valuable asset to some of our lakes and rivers.
ahhh! The web of life. Everything eats something I guess.
