    anyone done any good on wipers or walleye at monroe. just wondering if they were hitting on the main lake yet

    I was down there 5-19-2006 fishing the fast side and couldn't get anything bigger than about 6 pounds of wiper to bite. I did get several in that pound range but nothing bigger. For the most part they were biting in shallow water and seemed to love anything chartreuse and fuzzy looking. Tried some gold and silver stuff but had no takers.
