What is your favorite topwater lure and color for smallies? When do you throw it and how deep of water will it cover?

Black Zara or Super Zara Spook, without question my favorite for Smallies.

I don't throw topwater for smallmouth that often so I am by no means an authority but here's my two cents worth:

1. Pop-R
2. White or Black Buzz Bait

I usually fish both on rivers/creeks as I don't have a boat and can't often make it to reservoirs that hold smallies.
