The nearest ramp is in the portage marina of of 249.The perch are biting pretty well however, they are smaller around the port this year. Alot of good limits are being caugt out and around mount baldy michigan city area which in a smaller craft would be easier to get to but is 20 mins. or so east on rt.12 launch out of washington park. Either way you will get a limt on the right day. Also, dont overlook the skamania option at the park. This time of year when the lake lays down in the afternoon you can wade out with a spoon or something and hook into a steelie or 2 but if not the sun set is awesome. Hope this helps! God bless.
