Can anyone tell me about the Hybirds at Monroe this time of year. I have been striper fishing at Patoka and it is slowing down. SOmeone mentioned Monroe and the Hybrids?
Any help is appreciated thanks

I'll jump in here and try to help with what I know. I saw on fishin.com somewhere a post that showed a link to the IDNR tracking study for lake Monroe.
You might do a quick search on fishin.com for "Monroe" or "Stripers" and see what you can find. It may have been in the Kentucky fishin.com forum.
I don't fish for hybrid stripers so I can't really give you any information.
I do know this. They won't be below the thermocline as there is not much dissolved oxygen below the thermocline at this time of the year.
I looked at the DO levels for Patoka Lake and below 15 ft the was very little dissolved oxygen. Not sure what the DO profile is for lake Monroe.
