Monroe wipers

Just wanted to know if anybody has been catching any down by the dam or at Fairfax....Has there been any jumps on top of wipers chasing schooling shad? Appreciate any help at all, Thanks in advance

I have been twice and blanked each time. I blame it on bad fishing conditions. I went and didn't catch a one....It couldn't be me
