You guys were right on with the bite being very slow there. I did manage one smallie at 5:30pm. I was throwing a 3/8 oz rooster tail and I think the smallie was about the same size as my bait. Lots of shad schooling on top along the dam, very few fish chasing and busting them. Water temps 64-66
