Geist Tuesday Night Classic

I'm wanting to make sure I have the Guest Tuesday Night Classic information correct:

-October 14th and 15th
-Top 12 go on to fish for the money on the 21st
-$100 entry fee per team
-$11 ramp fee each day
-If you have less than 12 punches on Bass Card then you have to pay $5 for each not punched (this applies to both anglers)

Can anyone tell me if this is correct?

The entry is $120.00 the rest is correct as I read it on the signage @ the weigh-in area.
