Has anyone got their hands on this new unit from Humminbird? I went to the www.humminbird.com web site and they don't even list this unit there right now. But I saw an ad in a fishing magazine for this new unit.

BTW the humminbird side scanning sonar unit 987 c SI Combo Unit costs around $1,999.00 this new Humminbird 797C2 SI Combo Unit is selling for much less. I did a search for this new unit and found them selling for $999.00 online.

I hope the price continues to fall to where everyone can afford one of these new combination side scanning, gps, and regular depth finders.

I truly believe that this side scanning sonar combined with GPS technology will change fishing forever. It's a great tool that along with some knowledge can help put some fish in the boat.
