I found this link and this article about Kyle on another IN web forum that deals with Fishing and Hunting. It's from the Ft Wayne News Paper. I don't know much about this paper as this is the only article I have ever read that was written by this paper.

I did learn more about the new DNR director and thought it was worth sharing this article with everyone else. It's interesting to learn the back ground of those that serve us at the DNR.
