Thanks. The last time I called the local Sheriff's dispatch and they had one of the CO for this county call me at home. He gave me some information but then said that I had to call Sugar Ridge to get my other questions answered.
NOTE: the email address for District 7 does not work for me. I get errors when I try to email this address.

I don't have AT&T long distance (long story I won't get into now) If I do make a call anywhere out of my area but within the 812 prefix AT&T will put me though, but they charged me 25 cents a minute the last time. I was not aware that I could even make a long distance call of any type until I got though one time and later got the bill. AT&T is sneaky is all I have to say!
I'll just call them with my cell phone as that only costs me 10 cents a minute. I am using one of those prepaid Verizon cell phones and the Verizon people charge me $1.00 a day even if I don't make any calls that day. That #### but that's the cheapest plan they offer. I could sign up for the $70/month plan but I don't need that many minutes. But then with the pay as you go plan they let me call anyone on their Verizon customer list for free 24/7. So the $1 a day is not so bad if I call my Verizon friends a lot each day.
I get free nights but they don't start until 9:01 pm and then that ends at 5:59 pm. So that's not really useful for me. Sort of a joke if you go to bed early and don't get up early. Which is what you do when you are retired.
I wonder what time they open up at Sugar Ridge? LOL I may call up there at 5:30 am and see if anyone is there. I sort of doubt it. My last phone call up there I talked to the secretary and she was helpful.
I was just wondering why I can't find the information on the IDNR web site. I would have thought that they would have more information on the hunting and fishing licenses. There was a link but it didn't work either. Grrrr.
The IDNR should update their web site and keep it up to date.
I looked on my fishing license and it expires sometime in March of 07.
I'll just go buy my combo license in a bit. I can buy it online and it should be good for all of 2007 and that will cover me. Then all I need to get is my Patoka Lake Sticker for my boat. I may even buy a year pass to get though to the Newton Stewart Ramps this year. That $4 each day makes it worth the 36 bucks if you go up there a lot.
I'll check out that link you posted. Thanks
