My Buddy and I are planning a trip the last of Feb. We are looking for a lodging site around mud creek or Goose Pond. Any Info would be great!!!

Try a Google search for Woody's Lodge. Goose Pond Colony also has cabins for rent for a few more dollars.

I have stayed a few times in Scottsboro at Travelers Place Inn and Suites. Very reasonable rates and they have outdoor plugs all around the perimeter of the parking lot for fisherman to charge their boats. I don't think they are too far from where you are talking about fishing. www.tavelersplace.com
