POLE: What is in your opinion the best bass boat?

Just the boat not thinking about the motor.
(I hope I don't start any fights over this LOL)
But just trying to get a feel for what everyday or frequent fisherman are thinking about the boats that are availlable out there. I am looking to buy one and would appreciate any input on boats.

    RE: Jimnette's bass boat poll

I like my Skeeter ZX250. This is the second one that I have owned. I have fished out of all the big name boats and will put my boat up against any. With that said, there are certain things that I like about other boats. I think that Trition has the best storage. The list could go on and on. I would look at all the different boats and find one that fits your needs. When I was looking for a new boat I looked at 4 diffrent ones, Trition, Skeeter, Ranger and Champion. All are good, I just found the best deal on my Skeeter. Good luck!

    RE: Jimnette's bass boat poll

    Jim,

I have fished from several different boats. I've owned only two bassboats, a Stratos and a Triton.

Personally, I believe that every boat is a very good boat, and they all fit a need. So the best boat will be the one that meets the most of your needs.

I bought a Triton because it fit all my needs... good speed, and lots of room.

I love a Ranger's ride. They are heavier, and as such are a little softer ride, especially the new ones with the SRS seats. They are however slower. I expect my next boat to be a Ranger. I'm older, and my needs are slowly changing. However, we are going to retire to the KY Lake area, and when that time comes, I may even move away from a fiberglass altogether and go aluminum.

so for now, Triton is best....LOL

Lots of words for such a short answer.

    Danny
