Stratos and Lowrance

I have a 2000 21 Extreme and would like to upgrade the electronics. All of the new units are bigger than the X-65's that are in the dash and bow panel now. Is there a kit of some kind to adapt the newer units without destroying the boat? Something to make it look good and clean and watertight?

I ran in to the same problem on my stratos,go to ebay and you can find them sometimes cheap on there.there aren't any made to fit the holes i tried for 3 months to find one to replace the x45 in mine.there are other eagle models that fit the same hole and transducer cord

Check with your Stratos dealer, and see if you can order new bow panel and a new console panel with the bigger holes. I remember when I ordered my boat, it came up that there were different models of console panels to accomondate the decision for either a flasher or a LCD.
