In search of Mr. Whiskers

Anybody out there with any ideas on finding a good spot to catch good ole Mr. Whiskers. I normally fish High Falls and more so Lake Jackson...and usually go in search of crappie or other panfish. Any natives to those waters with any hints. Also looking for information on anybody with a cabin on Jackson for rent on the weekends or whatever.

You get any insight this summer into where to fish for cats on Jackson? I live close by and am new to catfishing. Would appreciate some tips. Thanks.

Whats up man. Do you know where the BP station is at the corner of 16 and Keys Ferry?? If you take a left there if youre going back towards the city of Jackson, go down to the bridge, cross it, make a u-turn and park beside the guard rail. Walk down and fish under the bridge there on bottom with minnows on slip floats and livers straight lined and you'll have some luck. Cast right up under bridge out near the first bridge piling and they usually hit as soon as it hits bottom. 3 weeks ago, caught 25 12inches or better. Perfect for the pan. Hit me back

Oh, you're talking about under Tussahaw Creek bridge. I was actually there today! I'll take your advice! I have a john boat that will also run up there from Reazors. If you want to hang sometime, give me a shout.
