Moose,

I have no idea what the GPS coordinates are. We are having some dispute over the property lines. The first surveys changed our land lines, giving us land in some area, taking land in other areas. But to be fair, they had young guys, who looked like teenagers doing the surveying, and when asked where the line went, one of them pointed out "yonder" and somewhere over toward those trees. Now understand, there were several stands of trees.... LOL These guys really did not care at all.

In any case, they are now resurveying the land.

While I think it is a shame that the average man is losing his hunting land, even though I don't hunt, but I don't think there is anything wrong with private entities trying to get the most they can for their land. We have 250 acres that extend into what was purchased here. We also have 12 acres of the best lake. I'm hoping I can negotiate the land to be worth at least 5K per acre... but ultimately it belongs to my father-in-law and it will be up to him.

Tight lines and God Bless

Danny
