I read a report on wave3.com about 2 weeks ago that the state police had recovered some more evidence from some of the tournaments that these cheaters had previously fished. So the state police obtained an arrest warrant and arrested these two guys on 9 counts of theft by deception.

The PWT has solved that problem with their format. yes i know that cannot happen with local tournaments so it will continue to happen in small events forever, I wish it would not, a whole lot of people would get in on the game but this example colors all tournaments and keeps the would be anglers that do not know that much from trying to enter a tournament, me as well.
