They still make them or at least they did a couple of years ago. Check with the Louisville Branch of the Army Corp. of Engineers. They should carry the map books you are talking about. I think there is at least two map books(charts) that cover the entire river that borders KY. You may have to contact the Huntington Branch to get the other one.
