    Does anyone know?

    Does anyone know what the correct HTML code is to create a "return" entry? In other words, the text is running together, even when I hit enter to leave a blank line. I will now hit enter, and the next sentence should be down at least one blank line.

    However, past posts seem that this is not the case. I notices the HTML is on, and I was thinking maybe if we enter the "return" it will correct the problem.

    Thanks everyone (more blank lines between this and the word problem)

    the code is
    . This is a standalone tag that does not need an open/close attribute like others such as a paragraph, e.g.

    </p>

    Learn something new every day. Anyway, to due a hard break in a sentenace type br insdie the brackets <>. You do not need to open and the close a break like other html attributres (like a paragraph when you have to a open the paragraph with a p insded a pair of backets <> and then close it with a / placed infront of the p in a set of brackets <>.

    Anywhere you want a paragraph break simply put a p inside of < >

    I think you can also do italics

    RE: Does anyone know?

    Man, I was coming here to ask that posters to not use html or bb tags...but I like that.

    Please refrain from using tags to display images. Images will slow down the board and in some cases make it almost impossible for our folks with dial up to read the board.

    We 'll get into images sometime after the next upgrade which I am working on now. I think images should be limited to a specific forum and not mixed in this information forum
