This was announced yesterday, I know there is a BIG conflict but here it is Kentucky Lake October 2-7 Ky Dam Village the host hotel is The Inn By The Lake.

thats good to know about the nationals, but sounds like its going to be a busy place that week. I was looking on midwest web site. All I could find is the dates for there nationals. If they are using KY Lake do you know the location they will be launching from?

This was an intelligent move by the ABA, lets schedule 2 national championship tournys for the same lake at the same time. What were they thinking. Midwest will have 400 boats there for their Nationals on the same days. I just hope everyone that fishes those days bring alot of sportsmanship because it is going to be hectic at the ramp and on the water.

sounds like everyone better start making reservations. I think the weekend before that is the championship for USA Bassin and BASS has a tournament. I was hoping to fish them but the lake will be off limits. but, this Sounds like alot of fishing pressure to me. Oh well part of the game. There is alot of water over there but man there will be boats on boats. Cant wait!! I guess thats the reason I fish. (for the competition)

Guys yes there will be 2 nationals tornoments at the same time. But its Kentucky and Lake Barkley i mean come on Kentucky is 160+ thousands acres and Barkley is 57+ thousands acres lakes ther will be plenty of water. On top of that thery are 2 of the best 2 lakes this of the miss. if not the U.S.

Midwest has always used the Ky dam as one of their launch sites. not sure for this coming year. last year they also used a site off of Barkley due to the volume of boats in the tournament.
