Has anyone ordered from these folks? How has your experience been with shipping, service, etc? In the past I have always placed orders with BPS and have been pleased. However, www.landbigfish.com has a huge selection and a fantastic website! They carry lots of baits that BPS does not.

I have ordered from them several times. They are great. They ship very fast and do have great customer service. I even ordered something online last year and about 30 minutes later, one of the guys called me and said something was backordered and wanted to know if I wanted to stay on back-order status or just cancel that part. Great for competition for BPS.

Just received an order from them and BPS now has some on-line competition because the selection was great and the shipping time was second to none. I needed to exchange something that I was not satisfied with (my mistake) and was treated with the respect that I look for as a customer.
