Of course I understand that these bluegill tournys wont start up for ahwile but i figured i would try to get a early start to see how in the world i can get involved in such a thing.

I would like some info on a Bluegill Tourney as well.
Wilgreen lake has bluegill tourneys in the summer. They have a website that has all the rules for both bass and bluegill tourneys. Go to google and search wilgreen lake and the home page will come up. Theere is also some very nice bass pics from last year.
I would be interested as well.
I checked it out...For some reason I thought green river had them...Humm.Im more of a bass fisherman but I guess it gives me something to do...lol. If you all want to check out the 2005 rules and regs go to yahoo and type in wilgreen lake. the number 2 search result will be the link. Sounds pretty good I guess i will go up there and fish a couple of them.
If you like bass fishing they have great tournaments. Randy does a good job runnin them. They are only 36 dollars to fish and they are Sunday's 7am to 12pm and Wed night's 7pm to 11pm. Normally takes 7lbs on Sunday's and 8 to 10 on Wed nights to win. Usually 20 to 30 boats a tournament and if you win one during the season you qualify for a classic at the end of the year with a pretty nice payout.
