As many of you may know the UK bass team got to compete in the innaugural ESPN championship, well its coming around time again to get ready for the next event. The exposure the show brought us allowed us to gain many new members, the problem is we must now hold a qualifying event to find our best two members for the next competition. We have 6 members that have qualified to fish a "fish-off" for the remaining two slots. The problem here lies that only one of these six members has a boat. We are looking for 5 boaters to boat for these members on a lake here in CKY or as far west as barren. All expenses will be paid and the boaters, although they will fish from the back, will be competing for a small prize, whether it be cash or some donated prizes, there will be something in it for you. We are just trying to find a way to send our best two members so this time we can bring the cup back here for the Big Blue Nation. Any takers, schedule is VERY flexible just some time b/w now and may.

Thanks for your interest and offers to help guys, looks like this is going to be easier than I predicted, I am looking at end of march, first of april, on a sat or sun. which ever is better for you all. Probably going to do it on barren since I have a few out of state members and none of us have ever been to barren, this should level the playing field. Going to have a no pre-fish tourney, since I really need the best two members to shine, I need the fisherman who can adapt the quickest. I might be able to help out. I'm disabled, so I have a lot of free time. I'm running a 21' Triton with a 225 Merc. I also have a friend who has a place about a mile from a ramp near Conley Bottoms on Cumberland. He may be willing to help with accomodations, if needed. He is a HUGE UK fan and has a 20' Bullet with a 200 Merc. He would probably be game also. Need more firm info to committ.

hey anything i can do to help out with my big blue nation i'm in! barren would be no problem for me as i live in elizabethtown. much more east than that may take a little work but i'll be glad to see what i can do. i have an 85 procraft with a 150 so let me know.
