I know there is alot of discussion on the float-n-fly, but, I'm not fully understanding the 3-way swivel deal. Can someone help me out, please? Any response would be apprecriated. Thanks

Eventually I will have a picture diagram on www.FloatandFly.com along with a tutorial on how to make a "Bob's Bobber" as well.
But Billy did an excellent job of describing it.

The line goes from the reel to one ring of the swivel. You hook the bobber right onto one of the other rings of the swivel and on the third ring you run your leader down to your fly. Your leader can vary from 10feet out to 15 feet or longer if you can throw it. When you shake the end of your rod to move the bobber this makes the jig move. Hope this helps.
Moose,
I'd like to try and take you to the creek next weekend if you can and the flow's right. We'll do a little f-n-f down there...

Hey Billy, what's up, man? I didn't even think of callin' you. My bad. Listen, I'm off next weekend and I'm trying to plan a trip to C-land. It's hot right now; and on your favorite technique. That is gospel. Let's go down there and you sell me on this damned f-n-f! I know where to go and the boat is running good. Don't want to hear no excuses. LET'S GO!!! Call me. Moose
I'm going for the first time tomorrow to try the F&F. I'm not sure about it but luckily this kid I'm going with says he can get us into some nice smallies right now on Lake Cumberland, can't wait, leaving in a few hours and haven't been out since before deer rifle season.
Hey bbhog, where are you all going, if you don't mind me asking? I have a couple of tips and info. for you. Moose
