Got on the water around 8AM, couldn't believe how clear the lake is after all the rain last weekend! Had to go way up in Beaver to find any color at all ... finally found stained to murky water just past the Marina. Caught two 12" Kentuck's and a 1 1/2 lb. Largemouth on my favorite crankbait ... REAL SLOW! Eventually moved to Punkin Creek and finished of the day with a nice 2 lb. Kentuck and a 4 lb. 4 oz. smallmouth on jig and sweet beaver. Definitley worth the drive and such a great day to go along with it!
