Talked to Bill last night and this morning for a little bit. He said that he did win the tourney with almost 21 lbs of smallies.
He also said that 2cd place was around 19.5 lbs (mixed bag, but don't know what of).

I heard Mark Denney won and Bill was second. Haven't heard for sure.. 20. 14 lbs

Hey now I know the confusion !!! Bill Smith wasn't fishing by himself Bill fished with Mark Denney !!!!!!! 19 lbs 12 ounces good sack of fish. Guess we where both right.
