When do they start????

OK, when does the corps start raising the water at places like Nolin and Barren to where the courtesy docks are back in the water?

nolin starts filling back up on march 15th depending on weather. if it rains alot right before the 15th then they waont bring it back down they'll just leave it. they're goal ,as i read it anyway, was to have them at summer pool by april 15th. it goes quick with the spring rains.
