WolfCreek Dam Release Schedule?

I used to get the daily release schedule from this site:
ftp://www.orn.usace.army.mil/pub/public/Corp.Final.txt
This has not worked for a while now. Does anybody know what the deal is? Has the address changed? Thanks in-advance for any help.

They updated the Corps web site and didn't allow public access to their tfp server the new generation schedule address is http://www.lrn.usace.army.mil/hh/rep...dule_final.txt the tfp is replaced with www.
