The American Bass Anglers has just announced the CAP program. Check out the ABA website for more information.

This program allows bass clubs to join the ABA with all of the benifits and have insurance for their club tournaments. This program is similar to what is being offered by BASS and FLW to the Federations.

So if your club is unsure or does not want to join either of these two groups you now have another choice.
