Reasons why we aren't fishing today?

I thought it would be cool to see what reasons you fishing nuts have for not being on the water today. I should be at Dale.....but I'm stuck in Louisville.

Work....we are slammed!

The wife is way too freak'n needy 8^)....just kidd'n honey!!

I get to fish way more than anyone I know so I'm good.

about 2 ins. of snow this morning in Lexington or I would have been on dale also this day and Sunday. There,s about 20 boats fishing a Toyota tour. on dale in the morning.

Well mine are simple....on call for work.. can't leave the computer. otherwise I would be... I have the on call schedule for the next two weeks, after that I will have no excuse.

No snow here, just sunshine but 6 degrees F at 11:00 this morning, so I'm not venturing out...

Sounds like some good stuff....at least no one is saying it's too cold. Work is way overated....but it does fund future trips.....sometimes paid ones with clients 8^)

Anyone have a girlfriend that won't let you go? Talk about live bait 8^)

Don't have a fishing boat or partner to fish with?

What about kids to watch or fishing somewhere warmer? Like the big O in FL.

Same reason I don't fish T's. WORK! It stinks. I work 3 weekends then off 1 and repeat that pattern all year long. I guess it pays the bills but I'd rather be fishing. My swing-shift does however give me the opportunity to get out during the week when there are fewer boats on the water and less fishing pressure and aggravation with those pleasure boaters and jet-skiers.
